Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen

It's official!  Jennifer Lawrence will be playing the role of Katniss Everdeen in the upcoming movie The Hunger Games!  I'm so excited they finally chose someone, but... I just don't know.  Sure she's really pretty, but Katniss?  I don't know if I see it.  Of course let's be honest, it's not like who they pick will stop people from seeing the movie.  Plus once they dye her hair and get her in the role, she could be perfect!!  Either way, I am SO excited and can not WAIT until it comes out!  And the official release date has been set to March 23, 2012!  Wooo should be awesome!

This book was so beautifully written.  Lauren Oliver created a magical dystopian world.  I felt like Lena was such a real characeter and I could really believe what she was going through.  She really grew throughtout the story and by the end she was really quite headstrong.  All the characters were so well developed.  I loved the idea that love could be something to fear.  I can not wait until Pandemonium (Delirium #2) comes out!! Awesome book!
